Ken Sowles
Ken has been representing athletes for over 20 years. His clients have ranged from Olympic Gold Medalists and World Champions to young athletes beginning their professional careers.
Ken’s interest in sports marketing began in law school when he wrote an article on representing athletes for Law Review. After law school he created an association to give professional ski racers a collective voice on the US Pro Tour. Shortly thereafter, in 1985, he started managing athletes.
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law. He resides with his wife and two children in Colchester, Vermont.
Erica MacConnell
Prior to her position as Marketing Director, Erica was associate head coach of the University of Vermont ski team. While coaching the ski team, Erica worked toward a master's degree in business, and co-founded and managed an adult soccer league in Burlington.
Erica grew up skiing at Berkshire East, attended the Green Mountain Valley School, then the University of Vermont where she was a 3-time captain of the ski team and NCAA champion.
Erica received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont in 2001 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UVM in May, 2007.
